1 General Information

Orders can only be placed in the Zománcvilág webshop electronically, via the internet at www.zomancvilag.hu. We are unable to accept orders placed by phone, email, or mail in the webshop.

We will send an electronic confirmation for all orders.

Zománcvilág may verify the authenticity of the data. We reserve the right to cancel the order at any time before payment of the purchase price, without giving a reason.

2 Registration

Registration is not mandatory before shopping in the webshop, but it is recommended, as returning customers will not need to re-enter their data. When ordering, identification data is entered when filling out the shipping and billing details.

Incomplete or inaccurate data will not be accepted, and the order will be rejected. If the customer provided an incorrect email address, we will contact you by phone. If the phone number is also incorrect, we will cancel the fulfillment.

3 Prices

The prices displayed in the webshop are the valid gross consumer prices.

However, due to a technical error, an incorrect price may appear in the webshop, or the ordered product may not be available from the existing stock. In this case, before sending the product, we will contact you by phone or email for clarification. Such orders will not be considered valid.

If an order is modified or merged with another for any reason, the modified order will be subject to the shipping and payment terms valid at the time of modification.

4 Payment Methods

Payment for purchased goods can be made in two ways:

• Cash, upon receipt of the goods
• Bank transfer in advance

5 Delivery

• Personal pickup at the Zománcvilág headquarters – free of charge.
• Home delivery via courier service: within 4 working days after the order is placed and confirmed.
